What you agree to

origenes.club and the Orígenes brand belong to Vacare Digital Solutions LLC. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or the Club.

Our content

Orígenes texts, illustrations, puppets, videos and designs belong to their owner. You may read, share and quote excerpts crediting Orígenes with a link. You may not republish full case files, sell them or pass them off as yours. Cited sources belong to their authors.

Satire and accuracy

We tell history with humor. Our satire targets myths, the powerful and absurd bans; never a people. The content is educational, not advice of any kind. We research with sources and show them, but we can be wrong: when it happens we fix it and log it in corrections. Open cases are published with sources under review and say so.

Videos and social media

Videos live on YouTube and follow its terms. The same applies to our Instagram, TikTok and X accounts.

The Club

• It's free, for people 16 and over, and you can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
• One person, one email. We may remove accounts that abuse the service (fake, automated or third-party sign-ups).
• The first 100 confirmed members are founders: a stamp on the card, exclusive puppet accessories and a double vote. These benefits last as long as the Club exists.
• We may change or close the Club; if we do, we'll email you.

Voting

Members vote on which open case becomes a video. Rules are published before each vote: closing date, minimum votes, and founders' votes count double. If the minimum isn't reached, votes carry over to the next round; if we still have to choose, we say so. We never announce a winner that didn't win. Final production is up to us.

Links to other sites

We link to sources and third-party sites. We don't control their content or policies.

Liability

The site and the Club are provided as is. We do our best to keep them working and accurate, but we don't guarantee they're always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages from using the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA), without prejudice to the consumer protection rights of your country, which always apply.

Changes and contact
